Before any routine work starts, your site gets a full review: current WordPress and plugin versions, security posture, existing backups, performance baseline, and anything already broken. You get the findings in writing, along with anything that needs fixing before maintenance can be effective.

3️⃣ Setup Week

Backups, monitoring, security hardening, CDN and SSL are configured, and a staging environment is established so future updates can be tested before they go live.

Updates run every two weeks, monitoring runs continuously, and support is available whenever you need it. You get a monthly report and otherwise stop thinking about it.

Do I have to move my hosting?

No. That is the entire point of this service. Your site stays exactly where it is. We work on your existing host through WordPress admin and hosting panel access. If you would rather hand over the server as well, our managed WordPress hosting covers both.

Will this work with my host?

Almost certainly. The service works with any standard WordPress hosting, cPanel, Plesk, SiteGround, Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, DigitalOcean, and most others. A few very locked-down platforms restrict staging or file access; if yours is one of them, that comes up during the onboarding audit and we will tell you what is and is not possible before you are charged for a second month.

How is this different from your managed hosting?

The work is identical. The difference is who runs the server. With managed hosting we own the infrastructure, so performance tuning goes down to the hardware and uptime is our responsibility. With maintenance, your host owns that layer and we handle everything above it, updates, security, backups, monitoring, CDN, SSL and support.

What if my site is already broken or out of date?

That is a common starting point and it is fine. The onboarding audit identifies exactly what state the site is in. Routine catch-up work (overdue updates, cleaning up old plugins, fixing what is straightforward) is part of onboarding. If the site needs major remediation such as malware removal or a rebuild, that is quoted separately and honestly rather than quietly absorbed or ignored.

How many sites can I cover?

As many as you like. Set the quantity at checkout, each site is $49.88 per month. All of your sites are handled by the same specialist and billed on one invoice.

What happens if a plugin update breaks my site?

It gets caught before it reaches you. Updates are applied to a staging copy first and checked. If something breaks there, the update is held back, the conflict is investigated, and a solution is found, often a different plugin or a patched version. If something does slip through to production, it is rolled back from backup immediately at no extra cost.

Does this include design changes or new features?

No. This covers keeping your existing site healthy, secure and current, plus small fixes. New pages, design changes, and new functionality are separate work, our web design service handles those, and maintenance clients get priority scheduling.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account and the subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. Your site, your backups and your access all stay yours.
